Su servicio siempre es pulcro, tenlo en cuenta. Pero la mayoría de los asiduos que usan Google no le dieron a este restaurante una nota muy alta.

Went to cold rock tonight around 6.30 was server by a nice young man Julio. He was very patient with my daughters and their decisions except for the lady with dark hair she had no customer service skills and has no idea how to train staff did not make our family feel welcome and from what i could see made the poor young man she was training uncomfortable hope the owners have a chat to her as she was very rude 5 stars for him 0 stars for her

I got an email saying I could get a free kid scoop considering it was my birthday week, we went in at 9:30 (they close at 10) and had to travel a while because there is no cold rock near by to my house. The girl who was working was really rude and I asked her if I could redeem my free scoop and she said “depends, when’s ur birthday” I said it was on Tuesday. She said you have to come in on the same day even though the email was sent multiple days ago and said “expires in 7 days” we left really disappointed and I don’t think I’ll ever return to cold rock after we were treated in such a blunt and dismissive way. this girl really needs more training on her customer service skills.

Really disappointed with my visit today. I went in specifically for the GOAT Movie promo. I asked for the Wills Combo, but the staff rang it up as a regular cup. When the app scan didn’t work, they just told me “don’t worry.” Because of that, I didn’t get my competition entry, was charged for a mix in that should’ve been free with the app, and nothing shows up in my app rewards.
