Employee was rude and extra. If somebody asks for a large and clarify your biggest size, should not be a back and fourth about "gotta have it". Just being very extra for no reason

So I placed a delivery order today, and my order was pretty incorrectly made. I placed an order for 2 Love It sizes (one had customization with 2add-ons) , and 1 Gotta Have It. I received 2 Like It's, and 1 Love It. Worse yet, the item with customization and additionally charged add-ons was missing one of the paid add-ons. When attempting to resolve by phone, this location conveniently doesn't answer and requires that a voice mail to be left, with the customer HOPING that a call back will be received. I really dislike food service businesses that send incorrect orders, or missing items, on delivery orders!! The only reason for 1 star is that I'm an icecreamaholic...lol!! Btw, noticed that the owner doesn't even bother to respond to reviews. That will likely be the response to the voice-mail I left. Guess I'll have to dispute with my CC for the appropriate amount to be charged back...
