Big fan of the ice cream, not a fan of the service. We did not feel welcome and felt rushed despite being the only customers. I’m not sure why we were treated in this manner. Will not be coming back

We went there today with our two toddlers and 9 year old. To use a gift card my 9 year old got for her birthday! We got ice cream there were no tables inside. I had not paid attention and assumed maybe they had their tables outside we walked outside with our ice cream to sit and there were no tables. My 3 year old already has difficulty navigating eating ice cream as he has autism. He needs to sit at a table but besides that why would you serve ice cream and not have a table to eat it at are they expecting people to take it home? We live 30 min away and so the ice cream was melted by the time we made it home and then if still coildnt be eaten. We will not be back. We will ensure next time we go to eat ice cream somewhere we make sure we they have tables though I’m sure the other places will laugh when I call to say hey do you have tables to eat at. Seems normal to have tables to eat ice cream at but . We will never be back.

Very disappointing! The "Oh Fudge" milkshake I got didn't even have any fudge in it. Also the cup of whip cream I separately purchased ( for my dog) was not real whip cream. I don't go out for ice cream very often, and the few times I have been to Stone Cold Creamery the ice cream desserts have been much better. This store cuts corners and charges the same prices. Too bad this store is bringing down the quality of Cold Stone Creamery.
