Shout out to Ryan at the Rochester Hills store by looking up the sugar content in Cold Stone's "sugar free" option ice cream. Although it's supposed to be a "sugar free" option, it is not. Ryan saved my diabetic wife from having a rather crappy afternoon by going the extra mile for the customer. It only took two minutes and we thank Ryan for that!! In this environment that we live nowadays, it is great to see employees like him that CARE about what they do and put the extra effort. Thanks Ryan

This handsome guy named Aiden served me yesterday and boy oh boy was he nice! I haven’t dealt with someone that friendly and hard-working in a really long time. Coincidentally, he also looks like Jim from The Office!

We really appreciate their variety of ice cream and Cakes. Most cakes we buy for celebrating occasions are from here. Pleasant people work at this location. Always a pleasure to stop by and buy desserts from Cold Stone Creamery!
