Love the ice cream, but this location is lacking in the cleanliness department. I’ve been a few times and it seems that there is always a disaster behind the counter. Worst of all, the people serving are not wearing gloves when handling the ice cream scoops and our cups. Gross! This is the last time I come here.

Our ice cream was melted before we even got it. Worse, they gave me the same amount as my friend who ordered a size smaller. Very sloppy and definitely not worth the price.
