Stopped here for after basketball lunch with kids. Subs were great, all the food was very fresh, the rolls were very nice. Meatball sub was excellent, bread was delicious toasted. Recommend it with bacon! Friendly service, very clean, will come back again for sure. Kid-friendliness: Took good care of kids requests for food and gave them free drinks! I was looking for a new place to try for lunch and found this on Yelp. It's fairly close to a couple of other great sub shops in the neighborhood so I can see why it gets overlooked. I went in at lunch time and the place was completely dead. Only one lady working in the store, she took my order at the register and then made my sandwich. She didn't seem interested in conversation but maybe there was a language barrier there. The prices have gone up quite a bit so don't let some older photos of the menu fool you. It's $15+ for most large sandwiches. The good news is that they make 2 meals and they do cut the sandwich into quarters for you! I had the #14 on wheat bread. The bread was very fresh, nice and soft. The ratio of meat and cheese to condiments was perfect and the sandwich was good. I would definitely come back again when I'm craving a sandwich. Hopefully more people find this place so they can stay open! Inflation sucks, too bad the prices have gone up.
