I would like to sincerely appreciate Nimasha from Colombo Kitchen for the excellent support and professionalism she showed. There was a misunderstanding caused by incorrect information given earlier by another staff member, and the situation became quite difficult to manage. However, once I coordinated with Nimasha, she handled everything exceptionally well and provided immense support throughout the process. Her communication skills, patience, and client handling ability were truly impressive. She listened carefully, understood the concern properly, and made sure the matter was resolved smoothly and professionally. It is rare to come across someone who manages customer concerns with such dedication and calmness. Thank you, Nimasha, for your outstanding service and commitment to customer satisfaction. We attended the dinner buffet at Colombo Kitchen by the Sheraton Colombo yesterday, and it turned out to be a fantastic experience for both me and my wife. This is easily one of the best buffet spreads in Colombo. The variety is impressive — from Indian and Sri Lankan to Italian, along with grills and multiple live action stations. It truly feels like an international buffet with something for everyone. The service was exceptional right from the moment we walked in. The staff were warm, attentive, and incredibly efficient. What really stood out was how well they kept track of each table — they seemed to know exactly who ordered what and were quick to anticipate guest needs without being intrusive. The ambience is another big plus. The space is well laid out and spacious, which makes a huge difference compared to some of the more cramped buffet setups around the city. It felt relaxed and comfortable throughout the evening. There were also plenty of drink options available, from fun shooters to a variety of teas, and wines could be ordered separately to complement the meal. Valet parking was available, which made the whole experience even more convenient. Overall, a top-tier dining experience in Colombo — great food, excellent service, and a comfortable setting. One of the best places for buffet dining in Colombo & very reasonably priced for the great variety they offer. The staff are very pleasant & very attentive and focused. It was nice to see a smile on their faces all the time & they even treated the locals really well without any discrimination. Loved their clothing choices and colours. Absolutely a very pleasant and hospitable set of staff. You also get a good variety of seafood at the seafood corner which you hardly get at other places for this price. Also, they Indian corner at the buffet was also very authentic. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: Rs 5,000–6,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Dietary restrictions: Everything was mentioned in the labels for each dish.
