I consistently have a great experience at 26 Thai in Politan Row Midtown, but what truly keeps me coming back is the level of service Malik provides. He goes above and beyond every single time I order. I follow a plant-based lifestyle, and Malik takes the time to clearly walk through menu options, explain ingredients, and suggest modifications without hesitation. That level of care is rare. He does not rush the interaction. He listens, understands, and then recommends dishes that have honestly been spot on every time. It makes a difference when someone is not just taking your order but actually helping you enjoy your meal. Because of him, I look forward to ordering here, especially when I see he is working. Great food is expected. This level of service is not. Malik is a standout and a real asset to the team. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Hi Symphony, Thank you for being a regular and for sharing such thoughtful feedback about Malik. We really appreciate hearing how his patient guidance and plant based suggestions make ordering simple and enjoyable. Notes like yours remind us why attentive service matters as much as the food. We look forward to serving you again and will be sure to pass your praise along to Malik. Warmly, 26 Thai Kitchen & Bar Team

Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the food, but we’re sorry the service at the counter left a negative impression. That’s not the experience we want anyone to have, and we’ll be addressing this with our team to ensure better product knowledge and a more welcoming attitude. We hope you’ll visit us again and experience a more positive interaction next time. Warmly, 26 Thai Kitchen & Bar Team
