We tried this restaurant for the first time March 8 with my husband’s parents and we were extremely unhappy with our experience. We were told it would be a 5 minute wait and that was amazing for the size of our group, so we waited. They got us seated that quickly because they didn’t clean our table. There were crumbs and smudges on the table and they put our water glasses down on that nastiness. My chair had brown stains on the upholstery. The menus were absolutely filthy and they put them on top of our flatware. That limited most of us to finger foods only. It also took a ridiculously long time to bring 3 pops to our table. We also witnessed a waitress dropping flatware on the floor and putting it on a table. When we got to order, they were out of the chips that come with the sandwiches and burgers. Then my burger bun was so hot that it burned two of my fingers when I went to pick it up. The top eventually cooled, so I went to pick it up again and burned my hand on the bottom bun. I ended up leaving with my kids because it was way too noisy and overstimulating. We will never be back.

Phenomenal experience. The food was excellent, and the service and ambience were just the same. The presentation of each table and each menu item is clearly well-thought out, and the effort in every part of the restaurant is impossible to miss. I’ll certainly be back and will recommend to anyone who asks, and probably a few people who don’t!
