I order on one of the delivery apps regularly from this bagel store. They have the best bacon and egg sandwich. Today, when I ordered I actually ordered incorrectly, I added a bagel with butter but I didn't realize you had to order it under the section that has cream cheese. Et cetera, they could have just sent me the bagel with no butter. INstead, they sent it the way I ordered it ... which apparently is a loss to them in regard to profit. And they placed a little note in the bag to show me how to order it correctly next time. It doesn't sound like a big deal.. although I've lived in commack for years I've recently moved into a new apartment A couple of weeks ago, so I don't have butter at home yet. So had they sent it Without it, I would have had a not so happy breakfast. So with that small gesture, they have a customer for life. And this is why I refer them to everyone. Thank you !! Apparently they don't accept $2 bills as a legal tender even though they went to hand me back a penny that we don't accept them for and on top of that my soda was expired Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
