Yes Gerry! Thank You my pizza dough is from 24-48 hours of slow proofing it enhancers the flavor and aroma but also it’s very gentle on the stomach to digest my pizza dough. Italy finest flour FDA Approved no pesticide all natural. I just buy the best!!
