During my last visit to Yaoundé, I dined at this restaurant three times, and each time I was fortunate to have the same waitress, Landish. She truly stands out as one of the best servers I’ve ever encountered. Landish was incredibly attentive, always ensuring that everything was perfect without being intrusive. Her attention to detail was impeccable—whether it was remembering my preferences or making sure each dish was served just right. On top of that, she was warm, friendly, and made the dining experience feel personalized and enjoyable. Landish’s exceptional service made each meal memorable, and I can't recommend her or the restaurant enough. Meal type: Dinner Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

It would seem that my experience at this place was not entirely satisfactory. I enjoyed the dish we ordered, particularly the DG chicken, but the service was not up to our expectations. There were few waitresses for the number of customers present, which resulted in some waiting time and a lack of attention from the staff towards me and my loved ones. This can be frustrating when you want to spend a pleasant moment with family and friends. However, we were able to enjoy the great boxing match between Ngannou and Tyson, which kept us entertained right to the end. It just goes to show that the UTAM'S complex also offers interesting entertainment for its customers. In summary, although my experience wasn't perfect, Complexe UTAM'S seems to be a place that offers tasty food and attractive entertainment. However, it might be worthwhile for them to strengthen their service team to offer a better customer experience in the future. Meal type: Lunch Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
