Wonderful family day out. The indoor soft play is always clean and has so much different areas for all ages. I have been taking my wee boy from age 3 to now nearly 5 and have used all areas. The staff is so welcoming and interacts with the kids which is nice to see. Have been to the Christmas event and Halloween event. Tickets can be expensive but it's worth it. My little boy loves it and we go when we can. Always enough parking and the food menu has something for everyone. If you want to tire out your little one and have an adventure then conifox is the place to go.

went here for a nursery day trip, even though the weather was crap the kids had a great day. only reason for the 4 and not 5 is they only had 1 double seat go cart out with the rest all sitting behind a fence not being used.

We attended the Easter event at Conifox Adventure Park on Easter Sunday, and unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing. Given the weather warnings well in advance, it’s hard to understand why the event went ahead at all. Conditions were freezing, with snow and persistent cold throughout the day. There was no visible contingency planning (particularly for queues), which meant families (including young children) were left standing outside in the cold, pouring rain for long periods. For a children’s event, this felt both unsafe and irresponsible. It was also concerning to see staff expected to work in these conditions, standing out in the snow for extended periods with no obvious protection or support. The activities themselves were of poor quality and not good value for money: • The “paint your own mug” activity was very low quality – the mug felt flimsy and broke almost immediately. It was cheap plastic with low-grade paper inside to draw on. • The advertised Easter treat was underwhelming and clearly oversold (it was a Creme Egg). • Many activities required additional payment, which felt excessive on top of the entry fee (£5 for “hook a duck” to win a trivial prize (e.g. bubbles) felt particularly exploitative). • The “Easter Olympics” was essentially just queuing around ribbons, rather than a meaningful or engaging activity for children. Overall, the event felt more focused on extracting additional money from families than delivering a thoughtful or enjoyable experience, which is especially disappointing given it was marketed as a special Easter event. What’s most frustrating is that this could have been avoided. The weather forecast had been clear for days, yet there was no effort to adapt, reschedule, or provide adequate indoor alternatives. I’ve also since seen numerous complaints circulating on social media, which reflects a wider issue with how this event was handled. Would not recommend, and would think twice before attending future events. As a side note, I did write to Conifox before writing this review (I feel it's fair to let them respond), but they sent a generic, templated response.
