Got to try Consious kitchen. They came highly recommended from my Husband. He and his friends went there. I fell in love with this food and the vibe. They have amazing art on the wall, and every one that worked there was really chill. I got my food to go, but I think this would be a great place to head out for dinner. The music was a bit loud, but they had a DJ which was cool too.

The staff is friendly, helpful with new suggestions, and the food is AMAZING! The staff remembers regulars, and remembers how regulars like their food prepared. They always have an ambiance-setting playlist playing, and it puts me in a good mood. They have posted info on the health benefits of the ingredients they use.

New and slightly hidden family run gem.. So I just so happened to stumble across Conscious Kitchen today as I was do deliveries for work, and I am glad I did. It seems to be a small family run restaurant with a simple menu (not saying this is a bad thing). The staff was very friendly and polite as I walked in, and gave me a chance to check out their menu. As it was cold outside, their Turkey chili immediately caught my eye, I asked if it was gluten free and the women preparing the food quickly answered yes. As someone with celiac's, I have had to ask this question many times and can generally tell just by the tone and body language of server of they have any idea what I mean, and I feel very confident that I was honestly told the truth. Now to the food. I ordered the Turkey Chili and a side of fresh cut fries, just to try them out as I am a sucker for good fries. The turkey chili was amazing, just a good hearty chili with mixture of ground turkey, black beans, onions, and tomatoes. The fries were a little under cooked to me, but the oil used, and the salt and spices added tasted great. I just prefer my fries a little crispy. But the flavor was all there and they were not soggy. All in all I would highly recommend this place to anyone to at least try out and I personally can't wait to bring my wife there to try a few other menu items.
