Hotel is clean and neat, very nice rooms. The best think is the service. Very helpful and understanding. Thanks Mohammed Gatnan. I you go there find him for the best assistance in Riyadh!!! Service: 5

Very good hotel and nice location in Olaya street. Rooms are very clean and good. The service is amazing, good breakfast. I always stay at this hotel whenever i visit Riyadh. I have to mention the service from the staff, Mr. Ansari who really took care of me very well and really good service from this young man. overall a great experience. Service: 5

A beautiful hotel with a wonderful location and excellent service that truly deserves a five-star rating. The restaurant, in particular, is lovely, varied, and clean. The reception staff are very cheerful and cooperative; I would specifically like to mention Mr. Mohammed Qatnan Al-Jahdali for his cooperation, his smile toward guests, and the professional way he handles interactions and explains the facilities and schedules.
