As a first time business traveler to Beirut, I can not express how uniquely impressed I was with what I can only say was the highlight of started each of my days in Beirut. The Cook House is the restaurant in the beautiful Radisson Blu Beirut, that provides a truly delightful (and EXTENSIVE) buffet breakfast for guests, that includes an elegant cook-to-order omelet chef. However, with all this said, the TRUE highlight, is the AMAZING level of service, attention, and personal focus, provided by the morning Lead Hostess, Ms. Inaam. EVERY single morning, her demeanor, and greeting as you walk into the restaurant, makes it difficult for even the most stressful business travel (i.e. Me) to not smile, and start the morning in a way that keeps that smile on a guest's face as you go through whatever stressful day your work will bring. Do yourself a favour, and start each day of your visit to Beirut by having breakfast at the Cook House, and eagerly look forward to being greeted by Ms. Inaam. You'll have one of the best global breakfasts in existence, and most importantly, be taken care of by Ms. Inaam in a manner that will redefine your standard of what customer attention and delight can truly mean. Thank you again Ms. Inaam for being the highlight of my entire family's visit to Beirut!!
