My daughter and I visited for lunch. The service was amazing. The lady at the window was above and beyond on her job. The food was okay... Went through drive-thru. Not sure about the atmosphere on the inside but the drive-thru was rocking!! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10

I rarely visit Cook Out because the service is consistently disappointing, but I decided to stop by today and unfortunately had the same experience. I usually double check my order before leaving because something is almost always missing, but this time I didn’t realize until I got home that both my order and my sister’s were wrong. (We had 2 separate orders) When I returned to the store, the manager on duty (Samantha) showed no empathy for my time & Inconvenience.. I went back for my missing items only for the order to be redone incorrectly twice. At that point, I didn’t have the time or patience to keep explaining what was clearly printed on the receipt and what I verbally expressed. I had two missing orders of onion rings, something so simple to resolve. With over 20 years of management experience myself, it’s clear her leadership and customer-service skills need improvement. Her passive-aggressive approach is likely why the order was repeatedly wrong. I understand how busy and hectic it can be during peak time, however this is not a way to treat paying customers. Please do better. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
