I dont know if cookout as a corporation installs poor drive thru speakers or if its the employees. But I will say the constant interrupting at the drive thru is very irritating. And having to repeat my order many many times isnt ok. When I did get my order we had a missing items and condiments on 2 of my burger that we did not ask to be put on there. If the employees would slow down and listen that can all be avoided. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10

The larger man at the counter took forever to come up. This was after I went to the side door after waiting for what felt like forever. We were never greeted at all. After placing our order we were informed they were “out of cheesecake” for the shakes. Decided on another shake and went to pay and then informed the tap doesn’t work. We normally come to cook out about 3-4 times a month. This was the absolute worst experience we have ever encountered and honestly will likely never go back.
