Great experience! My food was fresh and the staff are always kind and helpful! I got a burger tray with everything and added cheese and bacon, a ranch wrap and Cajun fries. Everything was delicious and at a price you can’t really beat anymore. 10/10 will return. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I ordered through the drive-through. I was waiting so long that I had to go inside for my food, even though I went through the drive-through. I was charged for two drinks, and I only asked for one. Both orders of my sandwiches was messed up. One sandwich was supposed to have lettuce and tomato. The other sandwich was supposed to have cheese. I had neither of each sandwich. I normally don’t complain, but every time I come here on my lunch break, the order is always wrong. And then they get offended when you ask for a receipt and don’t give you a receipt and says the machine is always down. The cashier was Aliyah. Then I was told that you can’t get a tray without a drink, which is not true because I normally always order one order without a drink, and I don’t get charged for it. She charged me for a drink, but didn’t even tell me. Then the drinks were huge size drink drinks, and I wanted a medium fruit punch. That was my last time going there Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Horrible food, burger wasn't even made the right way at all it was smashed and nasty as hell I called and reported them cause they can't even make a simple hamburger right. I used to be a gm for cook out in Tennessee, this is not how business is done. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: $20–30
