No one told us about Cook Out til about two months ago. Immediately our favorite drive thru place. Perfect every time. Great food. I'm sure my doctor will be horrified. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10

I ordered two trays and a burger. One bbq no slaw with a quesadilla and hush puppies, one bbq with onion rings and a corn dog. Both sweet teas no ice. The burger was supposed to be ketchup, mustard, extra onion, lettuce, and pickle. I got 3 trays, one was a duplicate of the first. The second didn’t have slaw. I went through the drive through again and got that. However, i thought surely they can’t mess everything up, so i didn’t check my burger until i got home. Sure enough they did. No lettuce or pickle, and BACON. I never said bacon. I called customer service and left a voicemail. Hopefully someone returns my call. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Dietary restrictions: If you have a pork allergy or are Jewish, please be careful. Luckily i am neither allergic to pork or Jewish, but this should be noted.

I love cookout! When they actually get my order right. Usually they do little things like forget my sauce almost every time or they burnt my BLT once. But tonight was my breaking point. The wait was 19 minutes to get one burnt wrap, one without sauce, and one had a hard piece of tendon in it. The dude at the window was very nice btw. Like I know the dude in front of me had a big order but c'mon man. I'll change my rating when the good quality is good. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
