Waited in the drive through lane for 20 minutes, we got stuck on one lane that didn't move while the other lane had tons of cars go through and get service. We finally got up to order and the person could not understand how to even put in an order for a single cheeseburger and we had to just drive off because there was no way he was going to be able to input an order for 3 people. Terrible service and comprehension. Service: 1

I was going through the drive through. There was no one in front of me in line. I got to the window and the girl asked me to back up. I was right next to the window so that wasn’t it. I backed up a little bit. She said more, then said she has to reset the timer. She had me back up a total of 5 times. I counted. I actually had to watch the car that had just pulled into the lane. Finally I stopped and she waved me forward. She wasn’t real friendly and had a bit of a snarky “yes mam” when I asked for a napkin which she hadn’t given me. I just think it’s a bit dangerous to ask a senior citizen to back up several times for absolutely no reason other than to reset their timer to possibly meet some time expectation. Maybe too slow on some other patrons. Not sure. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
