I have tried this place a few times. When they first opened this location, the food & shakes were delicious. Every time after that, I have had a terrible experience. From terrible service to over or undercooked food. The past few times the food has now gone from disgustingly unsanitary & unsafe for consumption. There is much more that I can go into this time was the last straw. I ordered a milkshake and could immediately tell that it was bad. The milk was definitely spoiled. I could tell right away from the odor and the taste. I tolerated the horrible customer service but food poisoning is where I draw the line. It's no surprise they are never busy anymore. This place is just nasty now! How has the health department not shut them down?!?! Utterly atrocious!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went to this drive-thru for a quick lunch while in the Memphis area and was not impressed with my meal. I ordered a tray with a big double. It was not prepared how I asked and the bread was hard and chewy. The meat was good but the rest of it sort of ruined the burger. The onion rings and french fries I ordered with it tasted fresh though and the drink was not watered down. I was unahppy with this particular visit but I would give it another shot. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

The Service at this location near Winchester & I-385 absolutely sucks. I waited in the drive through line starting at around 10:50 a.m. Seven minutes goes by and no one comes through the speaker. I pulled up to the door and several minutes later, a young lady finally opens the window and instantly starts to apologize and Informed me that due to maintenance working on equipment, it's gonna be another twenty minutes before they open. It's not the first horrible service experience at this location because during my last visit, My order was made wrong twice. It boils down to culture and training. You can go to any Chick Fila location nationwide and you will get great customer service and friendly customer service but apparently at Cook Out, Corporate doesn't instill a culture of great customer service. It starts at the top!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
