As we standing at the order window. My wife and I can see in the work area. It wasn't clean and one of the workers kept grabbing his private multiple times. We didn't order any food from here and just left. That is nasty to do when your dealing with people's food. My wife loves their food but after that she won't ever go back. Nasty place and I would never recommend this place. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

When I moved to spring lake I actually liked this cookout. The past few times I’ve been I ended up regretting spending my money there. One of the speakers is always at max volume but I’ve come to expect that. Where are the bags? They never have bags anymore. It’s bad enough that the styrofoam is actively disintegrating and the tray is popping open every time I get a tray from any location. There is barely any Cajun seasoning on the Cajun fries. I used to get sauce to eat with my fries but I refuse to pay 40 cent for something to add flavor to the fries that should already have seasoning on them. Cookout used to be one of the only places that was reasonable, gave you sauce, and had big portions. Now it’s $20 for two trays with modest portions. I mostly cook at home because everywhere sucks now for some reason or another, but sometimes I just want a night with no dishes. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!! My favorite place to eat is cook out and this made me not want to go back for a while. Not only did I find a dead fly in one of my burgers, I took all 3 trays back untouched, showed them the picture and all. They took the trays back and the manager took one tray out and tried to cheat me out my money saying I had the other one just to give me less then what I paid (right plan WRONG PERSON, WAS NOT GOING FOR IT). The manager (some young guy) also came and said he didn’t see a fly after other employees witnessed the fly on the picture I showed and opened the burger and saw it. This place is DISGUSTINGLY DISGUSTING!!!
