The food was good, but the chicken was too soggy and felt overly soaked in oil. The portion sizes were also disappointing, and the customer service needs serious improvement, especially from the chubby lady attending to orders. She seemed to size my husband and me up before an elderly woman attend to us. Also, the quantity of salad cream provided is too small for the amount of salad served. I requested an extra cream and was willing to pay for it, but I was told the creams had already been counted, which honestly made no sense. Lastly, I needed to use the restroom, but I couldn’t because the cistern wasn’t working. Overall, the experience was quite disappointing despite the food itself being decent. Price per person: ₦10,000–20,000 Food: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The food was nice and quite affordable. They have a nice and cool set up where you could seat, eat, take pictures and relax. Only issue is with their hygiene (they only cover their hair, no gloves or nose mask, I hope they improve on this)and customer service (sometimes only one person is available to attend to the customers). This should have gone to their feedback section but I'm no longer in the area, so I hope I see these changes when I visit...

I had a great experience at Cookbox Cafe; the food is just as delicious as it looks. The customer service is exceptional, but the only issue is that the music volume is a bit too loud. Price per person: ₦1–10,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: There isn't a vegetarian option on their menu, possibly due to a lack of request or customer interest in that diet.
