Placed an online order through the app. Was charged $44 for delivery of said cookies. An hour after they were supposed to be delivered, they cancelled the order. Tried to call multiple times during "operating hours" and never had anyone answer the phone. Paid $44 and got nothing with zero contact.... Price per person: $40–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Cookie was not done in the middle! I was really excited to try cookie plug here, as i tried in in puerto rico on vacation and it was great. This cookie in ferndale was cooked on the outside, and completely a gooey mess on the inside. Please finish cooking your dang cookies. Lots of people saying the same on the comments here. You're not listening, you're going to go out of business. It's really sad because these cookies have so much potential for a good cookies, all the pieces are there, but this is a waste of potential. COOK THE DANG COOKIE! Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: $1–10
