We were lucky to have enjoyed a cooking class with Yvan! We attended as a family of three; our son being 11 and we were all equally engaged and entertained! We cannot wait to make the recipes when we’re home and continue and share the experience!

Simply OUTSTANDING! Our Backroads group was warmly welcomed to Ivan’s kitchen where we donned aprons and got to work prepping what would be an incredible lunch. Starting with a fruit based gazpacho which we helped craft, we also created a fantastic onion tart. The cod featured an almond basil crust that, (you guessed it!), we helped prep. Served in his garden, our group bonded over this fun educational event in St. Remy. Ivan was a joy to watch/work with and I couldn’t give a stronger recommendation! Allez op, Chef!

We had the most incredible experience with Yvan Chemin’s cooking class in Provence. It was truly unique, private, and deeply authentic. Yvan shared not only his knowledge but also his passion, with so much calmness and precision. What started as a cooking class felt more like spending time with a friend. We will definitely come back – this was simply unforgettable!
