I didn't even get to order. After a minute or two at the speaker, the girl asked what I'd like. Not even completing the tray name, I heard her click over to take someone else's order in the other line, despite them having been behind me whilst I was waiting at the speaker before switching lanes. I ended up driving across the street to Burger King instead. According to these other reviews though, I'm glad I missed it. Service: 1

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at this Cook Out location—and unfortunately, this is now the THIRD time. I informed the employee at the drive-thru that I was ordering five meals. From the start, she had a rude and dismissive attitude and repeatedly made me restate my order in a hostile tone. When I got to the window, the situation got worse. The same employee openly said to other staff, “these people don’t know how to order,” referring to me. That level of disrespect is completely unacceptable. When I asked her to repeat my order, it was wrong. Instead of correcting it professionally, she became upset, slammed the window shut, and continued speaking negatively about me within earshot. Because of the behavior and hostility, I did not feel comfortable trusting the food I was given. I did not eat any of it, and I did not feel it was safe to give to children. That is how bad this experience was. No customer should ever feel disrespected or question the safety of their food. This is clearly a management and training issue, and based on how confidently this behavior was displayed, I doubt I’m the only customer who has experienced this. I will not be returning, and I strongly urge management to address this immediately. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Does Cookout no longer sell Cajun fries? Every single time I order fries, I get these in-season sliced potatoes. I have to come home and season them. I stopped ordering fries for this reason but changed my mind today. The moved fast though Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
