We had the most wonderful evening in this lovely elegant new Uzes Restaurant celebrating this beautiful old town with six friends. We all chose different meals across the sumptuous: course menu and every plate was a triumph. Carefully prepared and presented well balanced food. Just delicious. We have booked again to bring some other friends next week and can’t wait to come back. Wonderful service and very well priced for the quality of the produce and cooking. Superb! I’ve been following chef Julien Lavandet since he was in St Siffret many years ago now and he - without exaggeration- never has put anything in front of me that wasn’t fabulous. His partner Jennifer is now back in front of house along with associate Jerome and they create a wonderfully relaxed yet classy atmosphere making everyone feel special but comfortable. The lunch menu is a great deal -although a tad more expensive than other places along the boulevards of Uzes the quality is incomparable. Best to reserve but out of season you can sometimes find a table for lunch by just walking in early. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Delicious meal at Cool Kitchen. Refined, tasty cooking and friendly, professional service. Took great care over my allergies (coeliac and asparagus, the latter very important as right in the season now). At the upper end of pricing of Uzès restaurants, but worth it. A nice addition to the food scene here - we were sorry to see Comptoir du 7 close, but this is an excellent replacement. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
