Thieves!!! I specifically at the start of my order clearly said I wanted 2 regular size drinks & at the end when payment came the amount seemed higher than normal so I said are these regulars & the female who served me today was not the main one serving around 1:30pm on the counter but said yes they are regular size drinks after I asked twice for regular size drinks. Anyway looking at the cup/beaker size & also what I paid I can see that she lied to me because I did up until now use cooplands regularly but with Cooplands in Spilsby not asking what size drink I wanted when I asked once for 2 specific drinks & just assuming on purpose (just to get more money out of people) that I wanted 2 large drinks & now Cooplands in Coningsby lying to me about paying for what I was told to be regular size drinks to be large drinks at a higher cost obviously then I will not be using these liars & thieves again. It's fine to make a mistake but to not ask what size drinks are wanted by one branch & then these today at Coningsby branch lying saying I am being charged for a regular size drink which turned out to be large, they have lost my custom for good. What a disgrace of a company to be trying these tricks & tactics!!! Avoid these thieves!!! Service: 1 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Other Price per person: £1–10
