The last seven months I’ve been working remotely at cafe’s all over Lancaster County. I am a musician, actor & artist currently in 2 bands. I recently began to research starting a podcast, but ended up becoming too busy with family life and music. I have decided to compile a list of my top five cafés in the county to work remotely and I’ll be rolling that out over the next week on my socials. Without spoiling the results, Copper Cup is in the top five. My favorite Copper Cup locations are 1st the Rock Lititz location and 2nd is Columbia Avenue. Everyone over here is fabulous! The service here is so good that I even made a Instagram/Facebook story around Christmas time appealing for good Christmas bonuses for employees at Copper Cup (Rock Lititz) and Perdiem, the hotel bar across the street. It’s obvious to me that both of these businesses have good training, a desire for excellence, and a heart for community and hospitality! People from around the world come to these locations to work on their crafts, and share it with the world while processing life with their peers and families. I grew up in a small town in Vermont, and could’ve only dreamed of something like this in my backyard. I’ve been part of the music, theater, art and independent film scene here for over 30 years. When I look at how Lancaster and Lititz have blossomed, it warms my heart, as there are so many more opportunities around here than what I had as a child. It’s grown exponentially since I moved here in late 1996. I will stop here before I write a book, but I give High scoring grades to Perdiem And Copper Cup in The Rock Lititz campus & community. I will share a similar review for Per Diem -Aaron Gagné Solo artist and lead singer of Full Gagné The attached photo is of some of the art that I’ve been doing on coffee cup sleeves for seven months. Much of it here at Copper Cup, Rock Lititz & Per Diem. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I ordered food online to learn once , I got there that i've been refunded my money so I had to reorder food for 3 people. Mistakes happen no problem but it seemed that the manager or owner whoever she was suspected me of trying to steal food that I paid for. I ordered 2 orders of chicken fingers and french fries and a burger with chips. I got one and one they made another mistake and gave my food to someone else than when I go back to get my food she says with a very condescending tone she says she gave me my food. This was the same person who 4 minutes back told me my order was refunded. It was interesting to me that I was treated differently even though everyone else had no issues. None of my colleagues or anyone else had a problem. Her tone wasn't the same with other people. I definitely didn't disrespect her in any way. I just thought she doesn't like certain groups of people . I'll never go back. Being treated like you're gonna steal something is not somewhere I wanna spend my money. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

We spoke with our team about this, and we know that an explanation is not going to fix the discomfort we caused you. We completely understand your disappointment. The company I work for held a group (20 people) lunch at Copper Cup Rock Lititz. Susan was excellent to work with and very responsive to our planning needs. The cafe staff had everything prepared and ready for us upon arrival. Our group only had good things to say about the food and service. We will be back again! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
