I was served by Sam at Costa Baldock in Tesco. I asked her if she could give the wand an extra clean to me minimise the chances of cross contamination and she couldn't have done more. She gave it a proper clean and even got a new cloth to do it with. It didn't take long but it made a real difference to me Service: 5

We love Costa coffee and have used many around the country and this particular one on several occasions but we have now stopped using it, the staff are fine but it is the dirtiest Costa we go to, the staff never clear the tables and if you want to clear a table the clearing trollies are always full. It is a shame because we did enjoy the atmosphere when we could get clean table. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
