I missed my bus & was waiting outside Costa coffee, been outside wating on the next bus for over a hour, I went into Costa coffee in Devizes market place, to ask the young lady, if I could kindly use the toilet, The young lady Simone was so polite, I was taken a back, Such a kind & polite young lady, customer service out standing. ** Simone*please pass on to this young ladyĺ
