Disgusting filthy shop . Staff are grubby and scruffy. The coffee making area is filthy . Will not be buying any more coffee here .

Mon 22nd Jan. I was in Costs today about 3.30 sitting near the window. I think I left a grey folded neck pillow in the cafe. It has a rigid frame and covered in grey fleece which wraps around and fastened with a yellow / green Velcro strap. Haven’t been able to contact you by phone. On our way to holiday. If you find it please can you keep it for me for a couple of weeks. Thanks and hoping
