The coffee at Costa Coffee is always good, but my recent experience was disappointing. After giving my order to the cashier, the barista came back and asked me the exact same question, making me repeat my order again. His attitude while doing so was unprofessional and far from welcoming. What’s the point of giving an order if I have to repeat it to another person? Costa should ensure their staff maintain a friendly and professional approach, as it makes a big difference in the overall experience. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
