This Costa is one of my favourite branches, although its mini and small and in the middle of Sahara, but its extremely convenient as it is right next to the ladies gym where I was enrolled. Not to mention how its also located next to the pharmacy, really strategic location. One of the main reasons this branch stood out to me was because of their kindness and service. Once I had baught a candle and the store did not wrap it correctly in the bag and the bag fell right in front of Costa. I felt really guilty, however Sajjad from Costa handled it extremely professionally. I told him that there are small bits of glass and I was worried people passing would get hurt, he immediately got the caution orange sign that shows cleaning in progress while also calling the worker to clean the floor and specifically told them there was glass on the floor. He supervised them properly as well as took my order and threw away the bag that had fell from me in a very safe way.
