All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, always making time for a chat even when they’re busy. It’s my favourite coffee shop in the local area. My only issue with Costa in general is why are people allowed to take their pets inside? Costa makes every effort to cater for customer allergies in their food and drinks but are obviously not worried about customers (or possibly staff) that are allergic to dogs or are afraid of dogs, particularly children. The increasing amount of dogs in Costa has a detrimental effect on the overall experience as many dog owners are inconsiderate and allow their beloved pets to lay on the chairs, block up the walkways and take them into the toilets. It’s unfair to expect the already overworked staff to have to constantly deal with these issues. Meal type: Breakfast Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
