The guy who made my coffee was incredibly rude. He couldn’t even be bothered to wait for the milk to heat up properly or stretch it to get any foam for my latte. To make matters worse, he didn't even fill the cup to the top. When I politely asked him to top it up, he actually laughed in my face. It’s absolutely shocking that Costa hires staff with that kind of attitude for a hospitality role. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Popped in with my daughter today at around 4pm and was horrified at how the supervisor spoke to staff member, Mandy. Inhumane and rude. Staff should be treated like human beings. It's called basic respect. I wouldn't even talk to my dog like that. I was happy to wait for Mandy to finish his task. Ive worked as a barista and if anyone ever spoke to me like that I'd absolutely not have been as calm, cool and collect as Mandy. Don't talk to staff like dogs. False sense of authority. Supervisor needs a leadership course refresher Meal type: Other Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
