Easily my favourite Costa. The staff are really kind and service is very quick. The coffee is good and the seating area is lovely too. Meal type: Other Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Awfully rude young girl at the till. Zero customer service training, skills and self awareness. After giving us our (takeaway) drinks, I sat down for what must have been a few seconds waiting for my partner in the bathroom and she proceeds to come all the way around to the shop floor to tell me I’m not allowed to sit in. Wow!! Meal type: Other Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Costa coffee was pleasant, friendly staff and as you would expect. Food looked presentable and the whole service area was clean. You can tell it's well run by the quality of the displays. Only down side is price even through it's on par with industry standards, the treats are still just too much money. Then again everything is too much money these days.. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
