I really like this handy coffee bar and the double espresso tastes great. The biggest thing I remember though is when I came in here once and there was a very nice gentleman serving. The woman in front of me was being dare I say it pretty challenging and he handled her so well. I almost wanted to say to him wow well done you’re amazing but I didn’t for some reason. Just got my coffee and went. But either he was just a natural or Costa customer service training is excellent. The ladies were very nice today so I think it could be the latter but the jury’s still out. Anyway good coffee. Definitely recommend.p.s good water Further to my last. Very good location for thinking through plan for coins. Everybody going about their day. Very nice coffee and water again. Very nice staff. Good sturdy outdoor furniture. Good colour too. P.p.s the guy with the great customer service skills has been with costa for eleven years!! and is from latvia. I think he deserves a coin. Very good espresso again. P.p.s I am back in Costa again and it is great. All the reading people are going about their days. It is work and school time. There are a lot of people waiting to speak the helpful GWR staff at the window. P.p.p.s now I know properly everybody’s names: Heema, Natalia, Rolands, Lucy, Tamara, Irina and Supervaky. They’re all such lovely names. The coffee is really good. P.p.p.p.s I’m a bit confused now. Because Heema said not everybody wants to share their nationality. And we are all British. But then people are from different countries too. S how does that all work out? P.p.p.p.p.s you can get Costa key rings here as you can see in the photo. I think it’s a cappuccino and it has the milky sign on it P.multiple.s I lost my piece of paper with everybody’s names on but i found the names again and they’re such nice names. Very busy today. Station is doing well. Gwr are at the windows helping people and at the turn styles. Lovely Reading people are chilling and moving around on the trains. Burger King is shut. So is Krispy Kreme’s. Cleaners have been cleaning. Costa coffee very good. Nice espresso. All the kids are going to school not sure what schools the go to. Lots of different uniforms., Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Friendly, courteous staff. Good range of products, both food and beverages. Clean and tidy shop. There is a seating area just outside the shop. It's wheelchair-accessible.
