Although this Costa has lovely staff they never seem to have ice which means I can't have a frappe and that is the reason I went in there. This has happened several times so surely they just need to order more ice? It is getting really frustrating and it makes me not want to go in there as I probably won't be able to get what I want. Staff at this Costa is great. Extremely friendly and supper fun to talk to. I would rate it 10/10 for their service and drinks. Meal type: Other Price per person: £1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is not the best Costa coffee shop out there. The choice of food and drinks seems noticeably limited. Although there's a lot of room inside (compared to some other branches) the atmosphere is rather lacklustre. On top of that the service I've been receiving here recently was unfortunately cold or gruff, or simply unprofessional. The staff does the bare minimum, does not exceed expectations in the service, quite often grumpy or unwelcoming. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
