Best pizza and sub that I have had in a very long time. So much so that we have had it 3 times in the last week and a half. So delicious. Thank you! Great job! Keep up the great work! Food: 5 Service: 5

Cottage Inn Pizza Hilliard, Ohio – Cemetary RoadFound paper baked in between the crust and the cheese of the pizza! We were sure it was paper because it had writing on it.Called the store to speak to the manager. Now, being pizza enthusiasts, we understand that mistakes will be made (especially when the entire staff seems to be composed of kids who were not in any sort of uniform and barely looked legal working age). However, the kid who answered the phone acted semi-professionally and seemed concerned. We could hear him voicing this concern to the manager in the background. The manager picked up the phone and proceeded to try to convince us that whatever issue we were having was a result of the new method corporate uses in the production of the pizzas. So, Cottage Inn Pizzas are now assembled in their entirety at an offsite corporate factory and then shipped off to the stores to be reheated, absolving the franchise owners from any accountability??? We order ordered pizza from this Cottage Inn all the time and have never had an issue like this before. We simply wanted an explanation and a new, paperless pizza. The manager started screaming and yelling saying it was “not [their] problem” and that “we can do whatever we want.” He then hung up.Needless to say, we certainly did not expect to be met with hostility and screamed at. This one event may have ruined Cottage Inn for us, forever.
