I order a large pepperoni and bread stix for delivery. I waited 30 mins past my delivery time before I called because I know things happen and I'm not one to call and complain. But when I did finally call and informed the lady that I had placed an order for delivery and it was supposed to be delivered 30 mins ago. She informed me that all her deliveries are out and that the owner was out delivering,that he should be here soon. Never asked if I would like a percentage off my next order or offer anything at all. When the delivery driver (owner) finally made it to my house 50 never offered us anything but did give us an extra pizza that was someone else's order because they went to bed. No sorry it was almost an hour late And the pizza was cold Food: 1 Service: 1

I order from here a lot! Everytime I order a sub they forget my ranch and it’s made poorly! Somebody like myself I like my food to be visibly appetizing and if it’s made poorly I loose my appetite! I love the buisness and the staff is great but this has been happening a lot reason why I stopped ordering main food items and just stick to buying their pre made slices! I just ordered a blt for lunch while I’m at work and I didn’t receive my ranch with it so I have a dry sandwich with no sauce and then the tomato’s and lettuce looks disgusting! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 3

My driver did a great job.I have a difficult house to find. Whoever cooked the bread made them very small. I literally had ordered bread from cottage in a few hours before, and they were nice and fluffy. These were like little twigs. Food: 4 Service: 5
