Good evening, We had lunch at the bistro but were disappointed with the quality of the dishes. At the start of the meal, my mother ordered a lemon Perrier, we just gave her a Perrier. The radio was too loud, I asked for the volume to be turned down but no waiter listened to me. The head waiter takes the order for drinks for the aperitif and when it was time to serve, they no longer knew who the drinks were ordered for. I am very disappointed with your restaurant. Excellent meal at Bistro Régent Tours Nord! Perfect staff and service. The price justifies the quality and in particular the portion of fries which is rather generous. Thank you for this good time, we will come back with pleasure to taste the rest of the menu!
