I have ordered from Cowboy Chicken many times through Uber Eats, and my usual order is the 3-piece chicken meal with a sweet potato and green beans. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was extremely disappointing. The sweet potato tasted off, and when I cut further into it, I discovered mold on the inside near the skin. The sight of it almost made me throw up, and I immediately lost my appetite. I was unable to finish the rest of my meal because I was so disgusted. This is the first time I have ever had an issue like this with Cowboy Chicken, which makes the experience even more surprising. I'm not sure what happened, but serving spoiled food is unacceptable. As a result, I will not be ordering from Cowboy Chicken again. I hope management takes food quality and kitchen inspections seriously so that other customers do not have a similar experience.
