Este es un Restaurant para paladares exigentes sus platillos son Riquisimos y sus sopas deliciosas y sus bebidas bien preparadas sus postres deliciosos yo le doy 5 estrellas

We had a great experience here at Cowboy Star Restaurant and Butcher Shop. We planned a dinner here to try the Wagyu that was recommended by a friend who's cousin also works as the executive chef. We made a reservation but we missed it so we were seated on the bar.. which is nice too since they also serve the same menu as the one on the table.. My friend tried the Sangria.. she said it was really good. I opted out to drink since I was the designated driver. We started our dinner with the Charcuterie and Cheese plate. We were given the list of the meat and cheeses included on the plate.. they are pretty interesting..eveything on the plate taste really good. Then, we were serve with the Steamed mussels (this is to die for) and the raw seafood (not sure what it is) with cucumber with kiwi sauce(???...) i forgot the name but for sure it is soo good. Im not a fan of raw fish or seafood but these made me crave for more.... the taste are extraordinary. Then we move one to our steak..(by the way! We finished the 2 seafood plate.. we have extra cheeses and meat from the board that was boxed for to go...) We ordered the 4oz Hokkaido Wagyu... so soft and so good...(did I say we came here to try the Wagyu?) and the Aged Ribeye! Both were cooked medium well and served with mash potatoes and green beans... these 2 steaks are incredible.. we recommend to order the Wagyu to share... we were also served with their fancy mac and cheese.. so tasty... and for the dessert, they recommended the house favorite which is the bread pudding with chocolate icecream.. the best part of our dinner is we were able to meet the chef... he is so nice and so down to earth.. all of the waiters and serves are nice and polite.. We had a wonderful experience. This restaurant is highly recommended!
