In No Way Crabby. I'm sure every restaurant receives poor and excellent reviews. It seems that this restaurant is one of the busiest in town. The staff always seem to be working hard, and for people to write some of these reviews I have seen online about young people trying to make a living is ridiculous. Every time I have been here it was an enjoyable experience. People make mistakes, however my food and drinks have always arrived in a timely fashion and have always been the right temperature. I have waited for a water before for a few minutes but that wasn't enough to upset me. There are always different specials every day as well as half priced appetizers every night.
I have came to this location with large groups and have not made a reservation and the staff are always accommodating. You can not show up to a restaurant with 15 plus people thinking that the food and drinks are going to come speeding out. When you go out to eat, why go in a rush anyways? They have to be doing something right as they are always packed on wing nights and most weekend nights as well as sporting events. They have had some staff there for years and you can tell that they seem happy. I have been served by a few of the staff that work on the bar side for years and they are just lovely.
Having a bad experience at a location is never good, but to get upset at the staff that work there is unfair. Working all night and every weekend waiting on people who may take their problems with them into the restaurant can't be fun for the people that work there. I think people shouldn't be so uptight and maybe if they just communicate with there server if something is wrong, then they will have an overall more enjoyable experience. I have never worked in the food service industry but I go out to eat often and always have the upmost respect for the young women and men waiting on me.
