I was in cracker barrel's this even around 3:20 pm. The store was nice and clean everybody was so friendly. I place my order on the app. But I also had to come inside and add some more to my order and that was no problem everybody was friendly and everything. I also got to speak with the GM of the store and she is really nice and I love that. She also asked me was everything okay and I told her yes I have also told her about a couple of issues I had had in the past and she told me that she was so happy that I no longer have issues and that everything was okay. I also got to speak to CJ the store manager he asked me what my order was and I told him. And he went back there and checked on it and everything. CJ customer service is a 100 and that makes me feel great about coming in there. Thank you CJ for checking on everything and making sure everything in my order was correct I really do appreciate that. I will be coming back and you all know that. Price per person: $40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I don't normally leave reviews for places, but I felt compelled to do so this morning. After driving around searching for breakfast, I decided to eat a Cracker Barrel. After being seated, a wonderful young lady named Samantha (I believe that was her name) came over to greet me with one of the biggest and brightest smiles I have seen in a while. I explained to Samantha that I wasn't feeling well and could not speak very loudly. She immediately stated that was not a problem and bent down so she could hear me clearly. That instantly made me smile and relax because I don't often go out when I don't feel well. She took my order with the patience and kindness of someone who truly enjoyed her job and wanted my experience to be the best one possible. My food came out exactly as I ordered it. The presentation was perfect and the food was warm amd delicious. Samantha checked on my during my meal to ensure I was not in need of anything. When it came time for the check, it ws presented promptly with that same smile. The checkout process was smooth and I felt like I was leaving a family gathering instead of a restaurant. Thank you, Cracker Barrell in Hampton, for making that small encounter an absolute blast. I was coming off of an intense graveyard shift at Riverside Medical and I thought, “you know what would hit the spot, pancakes”. Came with some of my coworkers so we could wind down and we were immediately greeted by who I can only describe to be the most outstanding person on the planet, Xochi, our server. Whatever she’s being paid should be doubled after the kind of service she gave us: efficient even through rush periods, food always came out hot, and she was constantly checking up on us. I’m coming back with my family just so we can be served by her again. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
