Stayed at the Marriott for a weekend in Pittsburgh and went for dinner at the restaurant at the hotel, Crafted North. The food was the usual American fare. However, the wow factor was actually Arvind, the person who served us. He was truly outstanding. His food recommendations were spot on and he was extremely attentive to our needs. His mannerisms were impeccable too. I can only say, if I were to employ someone within customer services, I would poach him hands down.
