Showed up 5 mins early was told 15min wait total. Called in my order at 23:18. Handed my burnt chicken and no extra sauce that i paid for at 23:58. The reason cook forgot to make it. The one piece was so burnt that it was unedible. I was offered a free soda but I didnt take it . I won't be going back to this location. University location wasn't answering their phone and I'm a cash customer. I guess im done with the og locations. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Avoid if you appreciate good customer service (and hot food) This was my first time visiting, and honestly, it will probably be my last. I walked in on a Sunday evening, and the restaurant was completely empty. There was only one employee working, and they couldn’t have cared less that I was there. No hello, no welcome, nothing. I ordered the number 3 combo. While sitting at a table waiting, I noticed a coupon right in front of me offering a free drink with a combo. When I asked about it, the employee just told me it was no longer applicable. If it’s expired, why is it still stuck to every single table in the restaurant? The lack of communication only got worse from there. I was the only person in the place, and instead of calling my name or letting me know the food was ready, the employee just dropped the bag on the corner of the bar and walked away. After sitting there for a while wondering what was going on, I had to ask, and he just gestured and said, "It’s over there." Because I was ignored, my food sat on the counter and was cold by the time I actually got to eat it. The chicken strips and chicken slider were okay, the fries were just average, and the sauce was nothing special—but cold food is never great. If you like being completely ignored and eating lukewarm chicken, this is the spot for you. They seriously need to work on basic customer service if they want people to keep coming back. Got the crazy fries a few days ago and noticed they have started to give less portions than before. I used to be able to eat the fries within 2 days and now that’s not the case. The box felt half full. If the prices are going to stay the same I think the food amount should too. It’ll be a while til I order from here again. Which sucks because I’m a big fan of the food here just don’t feel like I’m getting my monies worth. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–50 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
