O. M. G. This gelataria has the most INCREDIBLE full-flavored gelato!! They also offer sorbets and granita - wish we could have visited many times to try all of their flavors!! And the staff person was so so lovely! She was warm, friendly, so informative! We stayed in Monteverde for 2 nights and loved this place so much we went both nights. The flavors are SO strong and full - wow! They have at least 2 (maybe more) different types of pistachio gelato made with different pistachio varieties - both amazingly flavorful and delicious. And - WOW - the licorice (liquirizia) is out of this world if you really love strong licorice. The chocolates and hazelnut - also outstanding! And there is a small, sweet piazza with benches for hanging out with the locals and sitting and enjoying your gelato. This is a must visit if you are visiting or staying in Monteverde! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
